I was recently given a few samples of Xocai Dark Chocolate and I must admit it is an amazing product to say the least, it is packed full of all kinds of anti-oxidants that are really good for the human body. Not only does it taste allot better than most of the dark chocolates I've tried it is the only one that I know of that has a patent on how it is processed. Xocai Dark Chocolate is made by the MXI corporation which has been around for a number of year now.
