Easter Projects For Your Kids

The most fun you can have with your little one is creating Jell-O desserts. There is a Jell-O dessert for every holiday. Children like the color and the jiggle of Jell-O treats. Make it a fun event to construct an Easter Jell-O egg basket. You can construct these fun Easter Eggs using cake molds or cookie cutters.

Jell-O Eggs - Make these in Pastel Colors for Easter

Ingredients:

*2- 4 oz pkg. unflavored gelatin
*Egg Shaped Cookie Cutter
*Bunny Shaped Cookie Cutter
*8- oz cool whip
*Jello-O in flavors of your choice

Instructions:

1. Dissolve two 4-ounce packages of unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
2. Cool to room temperature,
3. Whip in 8 ounces of Cool Whip and
4. Combine with 6 ounces of flavored Jell-O dissolved in 1 cup boiling water.
5. Pour into lightly greased pan and
6. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
7. Cut with egg shaped cookie cutter or rabbit cookie cutter
8. Decorate with shredded M
