What is going to be your decision? You need to bake a cake for a special event. You really feel you can handle the situation. Still in the back of your mind you keep thinking about going down and purchasing one. Who will know? Except you.

You feel your creativity is sufficient for a project so small. So why not forget about buying the cake and get busy and get it done. Then you ask yourself? oh, but what if its a flop? Well after the flop you could go then and buy a cake?? Right?

You can use themes like animals, cars, trucks, farm tractor, race tracks, you name it you can do it.

There is so many ways you can do it just let your imagination run wild for a while and once you decide what is going to be best, go and get the stuff you need to do it. The sooner you get started after you decide the more apt you are to avoid the old cold feet thing.

Just remember that no matter what you do with the cake, the themes and ideas, will be the center of attraction, you will not be able to avoid that. So do an exciting rip roaring job.

No matter which way you take it. If you are making the cake for a food type celebration then make sure it is a correct theme, and make it fun for not only yourself but also for everyone else.

If its your first attempt, just go at it big time, you can do a little here and there to change, if its like for Easter, of course you will have to do the Bunny. If its for St. Patrick's Day or Valentines day, do it up appropriately.
