Chicken Caesar Wraps

Wraps require less preparation time and therefore are a popular choice for the main menu. They are considered to be nutritious and wholesome and also can be a form of having a fun meal. A variant of burrito that includes traditional fillings of sandwich and which are wrapped with a soft pita, flour, or soft flatbread are known as wraps. The dish includes several toppings in the form of cheese, grilled onion, diced tomato or shredded lettuce.

Chicken Caesar wraps is one of the popular wraps. It is regarded as an American cuisine and can be prepared in about 10 minutes with additional 5 minutes cooking time. It contains 4 servings and can be cooked either on oven, microwave or stove top. It is classified in the meal category of sandwich. A single dish is said to give one energy equal to 485 calories. It is rich with vitamins and contains a good proportion of all the minerals. Some of the minerals which product gives are Vitamin C, A, Calcium, Iron. Without any loss in calories the diet can be exchanged in place of fruits, 3 breads and also very lean meat.

The ingredients which are required for the preparation for Chicken Caesar wraps are as follows:

· Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
· Skinless and boneless chicken breast - 1 packet along with lemon pepper from 10 ounce bag.
· Heart mix Romaine lettuce - 4 cups from a 10 ounce bag.
· Salad dressing containing Caesar - ¼ cup.
· Caesar croutons - 1 cup.
· Parmesan cheese which are grated - ¼ cup.
· Flour tortillas sized 10 inches.

Once all the ingredients are ready, you can begin with the preparation. For all those who are preparing it for the first time, a little bit of guidance from a professional cook could be of help since the recipe contains some complicated steps which the person might not understand without practical exposure. The direction to prepare the dish is as follows:

· Heat the oil on medium flame. Add chicken to the heated oil. Stir the chicken for about 5 minutes and after the chicken is finally cooked transfer it to a plate and allow the chicken to cool.

· Toss the lettuce along with the dressing in a bowl. Add to this croutons, chicken and Parmesan, toss the mixture again.

· Between two damp heavy weight paper towels place stack tortillas. Heat it in the oven for about 30 seconds.

· Once the paper towels are heated add the filling and wrap it so as to completely cover the filling. Leave it open from a side so that it tickles your taste buds!
