Healthy Salad Dressings - Lose Weight Fast With Delicious Healthy Salad Dressing on Your Salads

If you are a typical dieter, a big part of your weight loss plan will include healthy salads. And that is a very good thing.

Adding a lot more fresh vegetables to your diet is a very healthy low fat way to lose pounds quick. Vegetables are packed with nutrients and fiber that help you feel full and keep you from overindulging on the wrong foods.

However, most people don't like their vegetable salads plain and they end up heaping high calorie dressings on them and that totally blows the whole salad off the calorie charts.

Truth be told, you can actually sabotage your diet by putting the wrong kind of salad dressings on your salad.

My dad is a prime example. When he eats a salad he literally pours copious amounts of blue cheese dressing over the vegetables in the salad bowl. What could have been a heart-healthy low calorie salad becomes a high calorie and high cholesterol disaster after my dad gets through adding the dressing.

You don't have to be like my dad. You can have delicious low calorie salads that give you nutrition and help the weight come off fast. How can you do it? By adding healthy salad dressings that you can easily make at home in less than 5 minutes.

I grew up thinking that salad dressings only came from a bottle that you purchase at the grocery store.
